well i voted no. but there is some consideration to take part.

1. we do need a wipe because chances are those who played might not play anymore and take up space.

2. if we wipe, earlier players might come back and will like to see that we kept their characters.

3. there is no 3rd point

well lets see i dont remember playing this, but i just got an email and if its been down this long, chances are you're going t oget new players as well. A wipe is 100% clearly the best choice of action to create a fair and fun serv.

I know this since i hosted and ran my own serv and did 2 wipes and did wipes for other servs as well.

You will get complains, naturally.. but its for the best to create a better serv.

Personally wipe or not, I don't mind. But I think many people who played before would want to come back to it and still have their characters.

if ur gonna do an item whipe, just go ahead with a total because the items were actually harder 2 get than the lvls. max lvl didnt take as much time as it did to get those items.. so yea thats my theory. either all or none. glad to be back by the way.
